Return and Refund Policy
At VFI Foreign Consultancy, we are committed to providing professional, transparent, and high-quality services for study abroad and visa support. By taking any of our services, you agree to the following terms.
- All sales are final
All service fees paid to VFI are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below. - 24 hour refund eligibility
Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of making the payment.
The request must be sent in writing through email to info@vfi-fc.com.
Any request made after 24 hours will not be accepted. - Eligibility for refund
A refund may be considered only if there is a genuine reason. This can include technical issues that prevent service delivery, clear miscommunication or misunderstanding, or any valid concern that can be justified.
All refund requests are reviewed individually, and VFI has the full right to approve or reject any request. - Refund request process
To request a refund, the client must provide the type of service taken, payment details or proof, a clear reason for the refund, and any supporting documents if needed. - Refund decision timeline
Refund decisions are usually made within 5 to 7 working days. However, the time may vary depending on the situation. - Refund denial
VFI may reject a refund request if it is made after 24 hours, if the reason is not valid, or if the service has already been partially or fully delivered. - Partial refund policy
Some services require dedicated time, resources, and limited slots. In such cases, VFI may deduct a reasonable service charge before issuing any refund. The final refundable amount will be decided by VFI. - Service quality commitment
We aim to provide accurate guidance, a transparent process, and professional service at all times. If you face any issue, you are encouraged to contact us immediately so we can assist you.

VFI works with multiple institutions but operates independently within legal boundaries. Not all universities are direct partners of VFI.
Test Preparation Disclaimer
Test preparation services such as IELTS or PTE can help improve your performance, but they do not guarantee any specific score. Results depend on the studentβs effort, preparation, and other external factors. Coaching is only a supportive tool, and students must practice on their own to achieve better results.
